As part of PipeCom’s role as sole Platinum Sponsor of the AVEVA Pipeline Summit 2026, our Managing Director, Gurbaaj Dhanoa, has been invited to speak during the event’s welcome reception. The summit takes place October 26 to 29 at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge in Kananaskis, Alberta.
The welcome reception is the first moment attendees gather together, ahead of the Learning Labs and technical sessions that follow, and having a few minutes on that stage is a meaningful part of what it means to be this year’s Platinum Sponsor. It gives PipeCom a direct opportunity to welcome the pipeline community to the summit and to speak, even briefly, to a partnership with AVEVA that has shaped much of our work over the years.
A Meaningful Part of Platinum Sponsorship
Gurbaaj leads PipeCom as Managing Director, overseeing a team that has spent years supporting pipeline operators across North America with SCADA integration, commissioning, and ongoing operational support. His remarks at the reception will be an informal welcome rather than a technical presentation, in keeping with the spirit of the evening.
PipeCom’s certification as an AVEVA Registered System Integrator has been central to this partnership. For the full story behind our Platinum Sponsorship, see our earlier post announcing PipeCom as sole Platinum Sponsor of the AVEVA Pipeline Summit 2026.
Join Us in Kananaskis
PipeCom will be on site throughout the AVEVA Pipeline Summit, from the Learning Labs on October 26 through the close of the event on October 29. If you will be attending, we hope you will join us at the welcome reception, and throughout the summit, to continue the conversation.
